Rates and Conditions

The maximum capacity of Rancho Haas is 35 people adding adults and children.

The distribution of beds for 30 people:

Seven rooms in the main house
- 4 king beds
- 1 queen beds
- 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each

Three bedrooms in the pool house
- 2 queen beds
- 1 king bed

Three studios
- 1 studio with king bed + twin sofa bed
- 1 studio with king bed + sgl sofa bed
- 1 studio with queen bed + twin sofa bed

When renting their stay at Rancho Haas, guests exclusively have the use of
all facilities.

Rates are given in US dollars or its equivalent in Costa Rican colones at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Costa Rica on the payment day, not the reservation day.

Rates are based on occupancy of 1 to 12 people per night of stay and up to a maximum of 23 additional people can be added for an additional cost per person per night.

Rates do not include the 13% VAT mandatory by law of the Costa Rican Ministry of Finance.

The minimum stay allowed is 3 nights in Green, Intermediate and High seasons, 5 nights in Easter and 7 nights in Peak season.

100% of all reservations must be paid at least 30 days in advance of the arrival day of the guests and an initial payment of 50% applies at the time of booking.

Children from 0 to 5 years old do not pay as an additional person per night, children from 6 to 12 years old pay 50% of the additional adult rate per night and people 13 years and older pay 100% of the additional rate per night .

The hours of parties and music outdoors are from 06:00 to 22:00, indoors there is no time limit.

Cancellations 31 days prior to the arrival of the guests are 100% refundable minus the administrative costs of the reservation channel through which the same was made, cancellations made between the 30th and the 16th before the client's arrival have a refund
50% less the administrative costs of the reservation channel through which the reservation was made and reservations canceled from the 14th onwards have a 100% penalty.

Given the possibility of special situations due to COVID-19, a special cancellation policy is implemented that will work in this way. Reservations that are canceled due to airport closures due to COVID-19, limitation of entry or exit from the country, restriction of
entry to passengers of certain nationalities, passengers medically proven who are infected with the virus on the date of their entry to Rancho Haas or any other situation that derives from the global pandemic by Covid-19, customers will have a refund in kind
100%, NO cash refunds will be made, however the client will have a voucher
total for the amount paid to be used at Rancho Haas in the subsequent 12 months counting from the original scheduled entry date. This rescheduling of dates will be based on the availability of Rancho Haas space at the time of rescheduling and if there are
any variation in the rate, the client must pay the difference.

Cancellation due to special case must be given at least 24 hours before the original scheduled arrival in writing to reservations@ranchohaas.com, cancellations within 24 hours before arrival are considered NO SHOW with a 100% penalty.
